What type of motor oil can I use in my 2007 Honda Rancher ES 4X4 ATV?

And better yet, what is the /best/ motor oil I can use?What type of motor oil can I use in my 2007 Honda Rancher ES 4X4 ATV?
I use castrol 10w40. I us it in my 4-wheeler.
