How can I remove motor oil from my driveway?

My driveway is really caked with that stuff and I would like to remove it.How can I remove motor oil from my driveway?

it will look like it was poured yesterday... it doesn't matter how old the stain is either, the muratic acid will get it up! I promise you... And it only takes one time, you can buy the acid at Lowes or Home Depot... its also called coil cleaner (for air conditioning coils, to clean them) the acid will get it up without any pressure washer, and the pressure washer will get it up without any acid. so either or/ or both!How can I remove motor oil from my driveway?

Temperature- Hotter water works better than cold


Agitation- Brush, pressure washer, stiff broom


Chemical Action- use a good concentrated de-greaser


Time- the longer you let the cleaner sit without drying, the more oil you'll remove.
go down to a auto parts store and buy a product called Purple Power. It is one of the strongest de greaser chemicals that they will let the public buy. Depending on how big the stains are you should figure on buying at least a gallon.

Scrape with a putty knife and soften with pine oil. The pine oil will break the oil down and clean it as well as anything. You could consider use of a pressure washer if available.
if its old its there and probably wont come up. but you can still try cat litter or saw dust. or any degreaser( testing in an inconspicuous place first)if that dont work put a couple more drops of oil then us the same method
pour kerosene on it let It soak for a little bit take a stiff brush work it in put cat litter on it let it dry pick it up with a shovel
Simple green, or laundry soap. Put on, let soak, brush, rinse. May have to do this several times.
Kitty Litter...Let sit to absorb oil...Sweep up.
