How can I remove a Motor Oil stain from my clothing?

I have a pair of jeans that got motor oil from my husbands garage dripped on them. As soon as it happend, I used Shout Pretreating Detergant...I washed and dried them...the stains are still there. Then I used OxyClean..washed and dried them, the stains are still there. Does anyone know of anything that will remove the stains? These are an expensive pair on new jeans that I would prefer not to have to throw away. Any help is appreciated. How can I remove a Motor Oil stain from my clothing?
if you dried them on high heat in the dryer I'm not sure there is much you can do but try rubbing dawn dish detergent on the stain it released oils let it sit for a little while and then soak them in the sink with a little more dish detergent in hot water until the water turns cool and then wash them in the washer after you rinse them some in the sink to get most of the detergent off or you will have lots of bubbles in your washer. you may have to do this more than once but it has worked for me in the past(i have a shade tree mechanic at home) but i didn't dry mine in the dryer, that usually sets stains but be hopeful my mother uses pine sol and swears by it. dawn always works for me.How can I remove a Motor Oil stain from my clothing?
The best thing with stained clothes is to hang dry and see if the stain is out, not put it in the dryer. My dad was alwasy getting motor oil on his clothes. We used a orange hand cleaner (i don't know its name, but it was very orange, and had a citrus smell). Put that on, rub it a bit, and rinse under hot water.

My neighbor who was a dry cleaner says that the best way to get grease (not sure about motor oil) out of clothes is to put dish soap on it while it is dry. Then take your finger nail and rub at the spot with just the soap, no water. Do not rub the clothes together as that can spread the spot. Then lay it down in the sink, and pour a whole teapot of boiling water though the spot. Then wash and line dry until you see if the spot is gone.

The Pinesol idea is good. I for got that I used to use that, too. Just dilute it first, or it can stain orange. but it is very effective. Just mix it half and half with water.
baking soda and vinager...buy shout !!;)
You really don't need to get it out now....You have a new work shirt !!.
Try a can of coke-that worked on my shirts from Burger King or use Awesome from the dollar store just as cheap either way..
Say no more, use some coke it takes stains right out of clothing. It is the best way to get anything I've had stained.
You dried them too late
