What kind of motor oil does the military use? Any specific brand?

I've heard that the military only uses one specific brand of motor oil. What is it?What kind of motor oil does the military use? Any specific brand?
Anything the military buys has what is called Mil-spec (military specifications) they put out for bid for a supplier that meets or exceeds those specs, the oil is then put in containers that just says motor oil mil-spec such and such, thats the way it's done with everything from ash trays to tampons. What kind of motor oil does the military use? Any specific brand?
I would imagine there is a Mil-spec governing motor oil, and the government sends it out to bid on a regular basis, and issues a contract to the lowest bidder
I know that they use dexron in almost everything that doesn't require motor oil.
whatever oil brand gave them the cheapest bid.
saudi arabian sweet crude straight out the ground!!!! :))
