What is the best product to remove motor oil from concrete driveways?

Clay based kitty litter will pick up freshly spilled oil from concrete floors. Most auto parts stores sell oil-dry or similar absorbants that will also do the trick. If the oil has dried on the surface, or soaked into the concrete, then use a chemical solvent to break down the oil before sweeping it up with the oil-dry. Again, most auto parts stores can supply what you need. What is the best product to remove motor oil from concrete driveways?
