I know you can't eat it, but hypothetically, if you were to, what is it made of? What type of fatty acid is the oil? Are the calories and fat grams relatively equivalent to that of vegetable oil?What is the nutritional content of motor oil?
No nutritional value---like mineral oil it would be a pretty good laxative if it weren't toxic (it is). There are no fatty acids and no fats. No calories either (it can't be digested and absorbed). It is mainly made up of aliphatic hydrocarbons with some aromatic hydrocarbons as well.
